Our Process
1 Initial Sketches
Once a contract is secured with a client, the project proceeds to our in-house engineer who prepares the timber frame panel drawings.
2 Windows & Doors
Once our design team completes the drawings, clients have the freedom to order their preferred windows and external doors from their chosen vendor.
3 Groundwork and Manufacturing
After the completion of the drawings, our in-house groundworks team initiates the site work, starting from the foundation and progressing towards the floor level, in preparation for the timber frame assembly. Simultaneously, our factory manufactures your timber frame home, ensuring a seamless coordination between on-site and off-site processes.
4 Transport & Erection
After site and structural work completion, your timber frame is swiftly transported and erected within 1-2 days, showcasing our commitment to quality and efficiency. This rapid process allows your dream home to take shape quickly, bringing you closer to the completion of your ideal living space.
5 Roofing
The roofing process commences, ensuring the structure becomes watertight and covered with materials according to your specifications. Concurrently, windows are delivered and expertly fitted, enhancing the structure's resistance to water and wind.
6 External & Internal Fixings
With the roofing and window installation complete, attention now turns to the commencement of external elevation finishes, which may include block, brick, or stone work. Simultaneously, the internal mechanical first fixing, encompassing plumbing and electrical work, also commences. These important stages contribute to the overall transformation of the structure, both aesthetically and functionally, as your dream home takes shape.
7 Rendered Finishes
As the construction progresses, internal plaster slabs are skillfully fitted, preparing the surfaces for the skim coat that will provide a smooth finish. Simultaneously, the external render finishes, such as external plaster or other selected materials commence to enhance the exterior appearance of the structure. These meticulous steps contribute to creating a polished and visually appealing interior and exterior.
8 Second Fixing
Following the completion of internal first-fixing, we proceed to second fixing, which involves the installation of doors, stairs, skirting, kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units, all expertly designed and supplied by our in-house team. Simultaneously, plumbing and electrical second-fixing takes place to ensure functional and efficient connections throughout your home.
9 Landscaping
To complete your project with finesse, our dedicated landscaping team steps in to handle the external finishing touches. They offer a range of services, including the creation of beautiful patios, driveways, curbing, and lush lawns. With their expertise, your outdoor space will be transformed into a captivating and inviting environment that perfectly complements your newly constructed home.
